Kaplan Property Group has secured detailed planning permission for the redevelopment of former car showroom and industrial premises located close to Spalding town centre. Construction works commenced June 2017.

In partnership with Waterloo Housing Group and South Holland District Council, the £6.9m investment will transform the brownfield site, providing 48 new homes, infrastructure and Public Open Space.
