Kaplan Property Group has secured detailed planning permission for the redevelopment of the former haulage depo located close to Long Sutton town centre. Construction works commenced April 2019.

In partnership with Waterloo Housing Group and South Holland District Council, the investment will provide a scheme of mixed tenure to reflect local identified housing need.

The £6m investment in Long Sutton represents a significant commitment to the region and forms part of a wider £28m development programme across Lincolnshire.
